Into Your hands
I place myself
I don’t need glory
I don’t need wealth



For with You beside me
Through each long day
I have all I need
To guide my way



Into Your hands
I commend my deeds
For I do know
You will fill my needs



Though many have forsaken
And left you behind
I feel fulfilled
And have peace of mind



All I ask of You
Is to make me strong
So I can proclaim Your glory
In word and song



Then when others hear me
I will quietly pray
That my very best
Is on display



Then from what they see
They can understand
Then they too
Can be in Your hands



For at this moment
I’m where I want to be
And that is with You
As I await eternity



I praise You, Lord
No matter where I stand
As I place myself
Into Your hands
